Instructions

  1. Melt the butter on a wok, then saute the garlic and shallot. After that, add the ginger and chili, then keep stirring.
  2. Add the ketchup, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, then mix well. After all is mixed, get in the prawn, and continue mixing until the prawn is coated.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the onion leaf, and keep on stirring until the prawn is fully cooked.
  4. Transfer the Singaporean chili prawn into a bowl, then sprinkle with thinly sliced onion leaf.
