SINGAPOREAN CHILI PRAWN

Instructions
- Melt the butter on a wok, then saute the garlic and shallot. After that, add the ginger and chili, then keep stirring.
- Add the ketchup, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, then mix well. After all is mixed, get in the prawn, and continue mixing until the prawn is coated.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the onion leaf, and keep on stirring until the prawn is fully cooked.
- Transfer the Singaporean chili prawn into a bowl, then sprinkle with thinly sliced onion leaf.
