Make the salted caramel: melt the butter, then add Coco Sugar® and stir until they’re combined. Then, pour the milk, and stir until the caramel is sticky. Turn off the heat, then add pinch of salt. Set aside, and chill for 30 minutes.
In the other bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the melted butter. Then add the Coco Sugar®.
Add two whole eggs to the batter, then beat until they’re fully combined.
Lastly, add the cocoa powder, salt and the flour, and mix well.
Pour half of the batter first onto the pan, then add the caramel, and top with the rest of the brownies batter.
Bake the brownies 350°F, or about 176°C, for about 35 minutes.
