Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 302°F (or about 105°C)
- Cut the fruits as you prefer.
- Marinate the fruit and raisins with Coco Sugar®, balsamic vinegar and clove, then mix well.
- Bake the fruits at 302°F (150°C) for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine together 1 cup of Coco Sugar®, instant coffee, cocoa powder, and pinch of salt, whisk until all the ingredient is well mixed.
- Melt the butter on a pan, then stir in the flour. Then slowly add the milk.
- Add the cocoa mixture gradually, and stir until all is well combined and thickened.
- Serve the fruit with the chocolate sauce as its dipping.
