Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 302°F (or about 105°C)
  2. Cut the fruits as you prefer.
  3. Marinate the fruit and raisins with Coco Sugar®, balsamic vinegar and clove, then mix well.
  4. Bake the fruits at 302°F (150°C) for about 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine together 1 cup of Coco Sugar®, instant coffee, cocoa powder, and pinch of salt, whisk until all the ingredient is well mixed.
  6. Melt the butter on a pan, then stir in the flour. Then slowly add the milk.
  7. Add the cocoa mixture gradually, and stir until all is well combined and thickened.
  8. Serve the fruit with the chocolate sauce as its dipping.
