Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 350°F (or about 177°C)
  2. Combine Coco Sugar®, baking soda, and all purpose flour in a food processor.
  3. Once the dry ingredients are combined, add the cold butter then continue mixing them until the dough forms a crumb. Then, you can add the rhum essence.
  4. Transfer the dough to a bowl, and add the raisin. Mix well.
  5. Take a tablespoon of the dough, and shape into a ball, then flatten it. You may get creative in this step. However, because the dough is crumbly, be careful shaping it.
  6. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for about 14 – 17 minutes.
