Pour all the marinating ingredient into the prawn and rest for about 30 mins.
Meanwhile, make the sauce: heat the pan and pour the olive oil. First, saute the garlic and onion until they’re caramelized. Second, add the champignon mushrooms, and follows with ketchup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to simmer until the sauce is thickened.
Add the remaining ingredient: salt, Coco Sugar®, and the black pepper.
Back to the prawns, prepare the skewers. Don’t forget to rinse the skewers in the hot water before you use it. Then, skew the prawns.
Prepare the grill. Heat the pan with low heat until the pan is hot. This may take some times.
Pour a bit of olive oil on the grilling pan, then grill the prawn. Add more olive oil whenever it the skewers start to stick to the grilling pan.
Serve the grilled prawn, with the barbecue sauce you have cooked.
