Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mash the bananas until it’s soft.
  3. To the mashed bananas, add the melted ghee, and mix it well. Once it’s combined, add the egg and continue mixing.
  4. Add the Golden Coco Sugar®, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine the green banana flour with baking soda until they’re mixed.
  6. Add the green banana flour mixture to the mashed banana mixture gradually.
  7. Transfer the batter into the loaf pan or loaf pyrex, and top with sliced almonds.
  8. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes.
