PALEO BANANA BREAD

Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C).
- Mash the bananas until it’s soft.
- To the mashed bananas, add the melted ghee, and mix it well. Once it’s combined, add the egg and continue mixing.
- Add the Golden Coco Sugar®, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the green banana flour with baking soda until they’re mixed.
- Add the green banana flour mixture to the mashed banana mixture gradually.
- Transfer the batter into the loaf pan or loaf pyrex, and top with sliced almonds.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes.
