Instructions

  1. Mix rice crispy, raisins, cashews, oatmeal and dissolved Coco Sugar® together in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the tray. Cover it with baking sheet, then pour the mixture into it. Mold the mixture into the tray.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate on it, and spread.
  4. Chill the energy bar for about 30 minutes.
  5. After it’s set, cut the energy bar into pieces. You can wrap it with baking paper and save it for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
