HOMEMADE COCO SUGAR® ENERGY BAR

Instructions
- Mix rice crispy, raisins, cashews, oatmeal and dissolved Coco Sugar® together in a bowl.
- Prepare the tray. Cover it with baking sheet, then pour the mixture into it. Mold the mixture into the tray.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate on it, and spread.
- Chill the energy bar for about 30 minutes.
- After it’s set, cut the energy bar into pieces. You can wrap it with baking paper and save it for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
