GINGER OATS COOKIES

Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350°F (or about 177°C)
- Mix together the oats, baking soda, salt, ginger powder, cinnamon and all purpose flour. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the butter, and add Coco Sugar® gradually. Then add the egg and whisk well.
- To the butter mixture, add the dry ingredient (oats mixture) gradually in a low speed until they’re well combined.
- Shape the cookie dough, then put on the tray. Bake the cookies for 13 – 16 minutes, in 350°F (or bout 177°C).
