Mix together flour, salt, cardamom, white pepper, baking soda, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ginger powder, and cloves. Set aside.
In medium speed, mix together the butter, Coco Sugar®, and egg yolk. Then, after the butter, egg yolk and Coco Sugar® are mixed, add gradually the flour mixture. You may add the water if you want more moisture in your dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours.
After being refrigerated, shape the dough. Then, bake at 300°F (or about 150°C) for about 30 – 35 minutes.
