COCO SUGAR® CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 392°F (or 200°C)
  2. In a large bowl, steam the chocolate until it’s all melted. Then add, the butter, and 2 egg yolks – one at the time. Mix well.
  3. Turn off the heat, then add the vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
  4. In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until it forms a soft peaks. Then, gradually add Coco Sugar® (Coco Sugar® meringue).
  5. Gently fold Coco Sugar meringue little by little into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Grease the ramekins, or cups, with extra butter, then dust with cocoa powder. Pour the batter.
  7. Bake the batter at 392°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
  8. Immediately after they’re baked, garnish with strawberries and desiccated coconut .
