COCO SUGAR® CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ

Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 392°F (or 200°C)
- In a large bowl, steam the chocolate until it’s all melted. Then add, the butter, and 2 egg yolks – one at the time. Mix well.
- Turn off the heat, then add the vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
- In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until it forms a soft peaks. Then, gradually add Coco Sugar® (Coco Sugar® meringue).
- Gently fold Coco Sugar meringue little by little into the chocolate mixture.
- Grease the ramekins, or cups, with extra butter, then dust with cocoa powder. Pour the batter.
- Bake the batter at 392°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
- Immediately after they’re baked, garnish with strawberries and desiccated coconut .
