COCO SUGAR® CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 375°F (190°C).
- Mix well all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, cream the butter with Coco Sugar® until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the dry ingredient little by little, and alternate it with milk, egg, and egg yolk.
- Once it becomes a batter, add chocolate chips, vanilla essence and rhum essence.
- Pour about 4 – 5 tbsp of the batter into the pepper cup.
- Bake the muffin at 375°F (190°C) for about 12 minutes, then rotate it and bake for another 13 minutes.
