Instructions

  1. To the flour, add Coco Sugar®, pinch of salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Make sure all the dry ingredient is well mixed. Then add 2 eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix the batter between each wet ingredient so the batter won’t form any lump.
  2. Preheat the waffle pan in a small heat. Grease the pan with the extra melted butter, then pour the batter into it. Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip the pan, and cook for another 5 minutes. One batter will fit into 4 waffles, depends on the pan’s size.
  3. After making the waffles, set them aside to cool down. Meanwhile, make the frosting: whisk the whip cream until it forms a stiff peak, while adding the sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Arrange the waffle: make the sandwich of the waffle, with the frosting as its filling, then top the waffle with frosting again. Add the grated chocolate on top, then decorate it with bananas and strawberries.
